Terms and Conditions

Your contract is with French Touch Travel Inc. “FTTI”., a registered corporation with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST42281 and you the client. "FTTI" provides recommendations on a vacation/travel/leisure/business package of accommodations, such as: restaurants, hotels travel and some entertainments. "FTTI" will do the booking and payment of all your reservations after you have approved “FTTI” recommendations by confirming the booking via email. The following terms and conditions are disclosed to you: the client, prior to the booking process and therefore any booking with us is made with you, the client, agreeing to the terms set forth below in advance of confirming your booking.

Our contract with you becomes effective when sign and initialize on all pages by you and returned via email at which time the terms and condition, relevant information and the details on your program are incorporated into the contract. The contract is governed by US Law, and the jurisdiction of the Broward, Florida Court.



You will be advised of the current price of the holiday that you wish to book via a program.  When the program is approved, we will send you an enforceable contract “Contract” to be E-signed, between our 2 parties.  For your holiday package whereby, you agree to the following payment schedule:

In the case of the client's requirement or a travel package that requires full or partial payments before the due dates set forth in the payment schedule, the ratios of the down payment will be reviewed accordingly and must be approved by the client via email. If the down payment and/or balance is not paid in time, "FTTI” shall cancel your travel arrangements and retain all your payments.

If the client signs the contract in the 90 days before departure, 100% of the payment is due.


2. Change of booking. 

If you want to Change Your Booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued, or you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking or your travel agent. You will be asked to pay any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made, and you should contact us as soon as possible. 

Note: Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements.



3. Cancellation policy. 

It is our recommendation and the client’s responsibility to insure all your travel costs with a certified insurance company that specialized in travel. 



4. Refund.

There is no Refund available. It is the client's responsibility and our recommendation to contract an insurance company to insure your travel arrangements with "FTTI" In case of last minutes change in condition of entry in the destination country, "FTTI". will do its upmost to postpone the client's reservation.

Note: Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the portion of the travel in question.



5. Payment options. 

We accept all major credit cards*, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, ACH/wire transfers, and Zelle.
*Please note that for a credit card payment, a 3% processing fee will apply.


6. Complaint. 

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g., your hotelier) and our client service helpdesk at +1 954 614 3931 or in France at +33 (5) 35 54 23 20 or via email support@french-touch-travel.com. We recommend that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services as well as to “FTTI” client service helpdesk without delay and complete a report form whilst in resort. If you fail to follow this simple procedure, we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and assist you in order to rectify your complaint whilst you were in resort, and this may affect your rights under the present Contract



7. Our liability to you.

"FTTI" is responsible, when possible, to fix all booking errors from the approved Contract. Concerning a loss of performance by a third-party supplier, "FTTI" liability reside in our help to assist you with the goal to resolve the dispute with the third party concerned. Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, it is expressly acknowledged and agreed by the client that “FTTI”, shall not be liable or in any way held responsible for any loss, claim or damages of any nature or kind arising out of this Agreement, its performance or failure to perform, including the delay, disruption or failure of any travel, hotel or entertainment arrangements provided for in this Agreement, due to acts of God, strikes, threats, force majeure, the failure of third parties to perform or due to any other reason or cause beyond the control of “FTTI”, The client further expressly agrees and does hereby release “FTTI”, from any lawsuit, claim or legal proceeding in any court or tribunal in the United States of America and waives any right to commence such proceeding. It is our recommendation and the client's responsibility to insure all your travel costs with a certified insurance company specialized in travel. 



8. Disorderly behavior.

We reserve the right to terminate without notice the holiday arrangements of any client whose behavior is such that it is likely in our opinion to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to our clients, employees, agent’s property or a third party. Furthermore, if you are prevented from travelling because, in the opinion of a person in authority, you appear to be unfit to travel or cause distress or discomfort to other passengers, then our responsibility for your holiday ceases. In addition, we have no control over the behavior of other people staying in or visiting your holiday accommodation. Your accommodation is provided solely for the use of the client shown on the contract as confirmed by us; subletting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. We expressly reserve the right to prevent you from participating in the excursions we provide, without any refund, whether pre-booked or purchased in resort, if in the reasonable opinion of our staff or those of the excursion provider, you are either unsuited to undertake the excursion, or if you appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  



9. Prompt assistance in resort. 

If the Contract we have with you is not performed or is improperly performed as a result of failures attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services, or as a result of failures due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, or an event which we or our suppliers, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall, and you suffer an injury or other material loss, we will offer you such prompt logistic assistance with your insurance and within our then capacity and as is reasonable in the circumstances. 



10. Passport, Visa, and Immigration requirements. 

Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility, and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration, health, or any other requirements. 



11. Excursions. 

Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for whilst you are on holiday are not part of your package holiday provided by us. For any excursion or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with us. We are not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour or for anything that happens during the course of its provision by the operator. 



12. Travel Insurance. 

Please be aware when booking a holiday with us you must make sure you have relevant travel insurance in place to insure the cost of your vacation of your entire party. Please take the necessary step to insure yourself against any risk that may occur for you and the members of your group, such as issues with dependent relatives, medical conditions, and force majeure events (weather, political, pandemic, to name only a few). 

 

If you or any member of your party have any disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to make your holiday go smoothly. We must therefore insist that you contact our offices on +1 954 614 3931 or +33 (5) 35 54 23 20 before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you chose. 

Our term and Conditions may be changing from time to time, and it is the client’s responsibility to review our Term and Conditions when booking additional products.
