All of this—along with vouchers, your guide's contact details, meeting points, timings, and directions—will be seamlessly integrated into your personal travel app, giving you instant access to your itinerary, bookings, contacts, and more. Before you depart, we’ll guide you through everything on a personal call, ensuring you feel completely prepared. Throughout your journey, your personal travel agent will be available 24/7 via live chat on the app or by phone, ready to assist with anything you need.
We anticipate and minimize potential issues through our meticulous planning. However, should anything arise,We are available 24/7 to assist you via your travel app's live chat or by text/phone. whether it’s a delayed flight, a reservation adjustment, or any other need.
In the first phase, before validating and locking in your itinerary, you’ll receive detailed daily activity descriptions — outlining what you’ll do each day, but not the exact timing.
Once your proposal is validated, you’ll be matched with a dedicated personal travel planner who will manage every aspect of your trip — including daily schedules, activity timings (you will have flexibility in choosing start times), bookings, vouchers, contacts, and personalized recommendations.
Your travel planner will also serve as your 24/7 Travel Concierge, available before, during, and after your trip to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Any change requests are subject to our approval, supplier availability, and the terms and conditions of third-party providers. Additional charges may apply.
Please note that some bookings may be non-changeable after confirmation and could incur cancellation fees of up to 100%. Due to the non-refundable nature of payments, cancellations by the client will not be eligible for refunds. However, we understand that each situation is unique, and we will always do our best to adapt depending on the nature of the change or cancellation and the reason behind it. Whenever possible, we will work with our partners to find a flexible solution for you.

Payments can be made via wire transfer, ACH transfer, Zelle, or credit card (please note a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments).

We’ve personally stayed in each property we recommend and know exactly which rooms and suites offer the best experiences. Our clients enjoy VIP treatment thanks to our direct partnerships with hotel owners and general managers.
We also have preferential contracts and wholesale rates with these properties, which allows us to offer excellent value and exclusive advantages. Because of this, we’re only able to proceed with planning if we handle the hotel bookings as part of your complete travel experience.
Please note that we do not provide a detailed breakdown of individual prices. Our negotiated rates with hotels and local partners are confidential and offered exclusively as part of a complete travel package.
We quote the entire trip as a special, all-inclusive package, which means we’re unable to itemize costs for each component. As a wholesale tour operator, our hotel contracts and supplier agreements are structured to be packaged together with other services — this is standard practice within the travel industry.
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and lost or delayed belongings.

As you will have the itinerary on your phone to access details, directions, tickets-vouchers, you will need to have data access - 3 options :
- Activating international roaming with your phone provider
- Buying a local sim card on sight
- Ordering a prepaid sim card prior departure (which is in our opinion, the best and easiest option)

Guides:
No tips are expected. However, if you think your guide gave you a very good tour you can give them a tip.
I would suggest 20 to 30 Euros per person for the full day but once again it’s not at all mandatory.
Hotels:
Hotel porters : 0.50€ to 1€ per bag.
If you have a concierge who really makes an effort to help you then yes, a tip is acceptable and normal.
Restaurants:
Bill is all-inclusive, so tipping isn’t expected or essential
Tipping the waiter 10% is welcome in return for very good service in a restaurant.
At a bar or cafe in France you can leave 0.5€ to 2 Euros as a gratuity – not mandatory
Taxis:
It’s not obligatory but 1 or 2 Euros for a normal, quick trip around town is fine; a bit more – 5 to 10 Euros – if the driver has helped with your luggage.
During the planning process, we’re happy to place temporary holds on your preferred hotels to help secure availability.
However, bookings can only be finalized once we receive your signed contract and initial payment.
There’s absolutely no pressure — we simply want to ensure your preferred accommodations are locked in before availability becomes limited. Once the deposit is received, we’ll immediately confirm all reservations and provide your official booking details.
